Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.


  1. When you wish to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to [email protected] including the following details:
  • Your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who ordered it)
  • The email address you used to complete your order
  • Your order quantity
  • Photo/video evidence showing the problem/defect
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It also needs to be in the original packaging with all original labels. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all fees incurred and will not be refunded.


Once we have received and verified your refund, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.


We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured (within 24 hours after payment). If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
